데이터 사회 작문교육의 인문학적 탐색 － 소수자로서 글쓰기 = Humanistic Exploration of Data Society Writing Education - Writing as a Minor

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A minority is a collective term referring to those who are discriminated against. It is not just those who are struggling to be included in the mainstream because they are being pushed out of the mainstream of the city councils, but those who refuse to standardize, that is, those who try to live in ‘another way’ from the life forced into mainstream. It is necessary to reflect on the fact that the self-expression ability such as logic, clarity, and conciseness emphasized by the college’s writing education is not part of the semi-autonomous education which adjusts humans to dataization. It should begin with a quest for what is required of writing education today.
Writing education as a humanities education should aim at writing education in data society. If the data are ultimately the result of reality, and therefore the data producers are under the influence of the real world, and they acknowledge that they are also ideological, current humanistic writing is given the task of ideological analysis. By doing so, we need to secure an alternative view in the data- dominated world. What is needed to do that is to become a minority self. The minority is an exceptional person who can not be reduced to people who reject standardization, quantification, and dataization.
Writing in an age when the feelings of anger and disgust are reaching to the minority, writing plays an important function that reflects our life beyond the reality and seeks a more creative way. Writing without self-reflection is merely empty data. The creation, the potential, and the excellence are the precious values ​​that the data era man should possess. In this sense, minority writing is a good example of what our writing education should aim for today.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

데이터 사회에 작문교육이 지향해야 하는 것은 바로 인문학으로서의 작문교육이다. 데이터는 현실 반영의 결과물이라는 점, 따라서 데이터 생산자들은 현실 세계의　영향력 아래 있기에 그들 또한 이데올로기적이라는 점을 인정한다면 현재의 인문학적 글쓰기는 무엇보다도 현재 데이터 이면에서 작동하는 이데올로기 분석이라는 과제를 부여받는다. 데이터가 지배하는 세상에서 대안적 관점을 확보해야 한다. 그러기 위해서 필요한 것이 바로 소수자로서의 자기되기라고 할 수 있다. 소수자란 표준화를 거부하는 사람, 계량화, 데이터로 환원될 수 없는 예외적인 사람들이기 때문이다.　 본고에서는 소수자를 바라보는 탈식민주의와 포스트식민주의의 시각을 살펴보고, 소수자란 어떻게 만들어지는 존재이며, 소수자 글쓰기는 어떤 것일 수 있는지 살펴보았다.　 소수자에 대한 분노와 혐오의 감정이 극에 달한 시대에 글쓰기는, 그런 현실을 넘어서 우리의 삶을 성찰하고 보다 창조적인 길을 모색하는 중요한 기능을 한다. 자기 성찰 없는 글은 공허한 데이터일 뿐이다. 그런 의미에서 소수자의　글쓰기는 오늘날 우리의 글쓰기 교육이 무엇을 지향해야 하는지를 잘 보여주는　사례라 할 수 있을　것이다.
