    A proper exterior design of building contributes a great deal to the physical development of human environment in urban area.
    A square type of building arrangements is chiefly analysed in the study with 4 defined different points of view, climatic condition, audio-visual interference, spatial interrelationship and land-use pattern, and then a standard value, D/H=2.62, is formulated. (D=distance of interrelated building, H= height of building)
    Land-use pattern is also very attainable and applicable to the standard value of space orga-nisation in building complex
