새로운 관점에서 점진적 변화를 시도하는 일본의 특수교육 = The Attempt to Gradual Change with A New Point of View in Japan Special Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

일본의 특수교육은 완전통합교육이라는 세계적 흐름과 함께 새롭게 변화하고 있다. 2002년 일본의 문부과학성은 특수교육과를 특별지원교육과로 명칭을 바꾸면서 그 지원대상의 범위를 확대시키고 개개인의 독특한 욕구에 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 지원체제를 구체화하고 있다. 이러한 지원들은 장애인만을 위한 제공이라기보다는 지원을 필요로 하는 모든 사람에게 제공되는 서비스 체제로서 모든 사람이 어떤 환경에서도 제외되지 않게 하려는 보다 실질적인 완전통합의 의미를 일본적 특성을 고려하여 정립하고 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 연구는 일본에서 변화하고 있는 특수교육을 우선 일본의 자국적 특성을 고려하여 정립된 완전통합의 의미에서 살펴보고, 그 다음으로 구체적인 방법으로서 교육행정적 지원 모델과 전문화된 지원모델의 한 형태로서 코디네이터의 역할에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 다학문적 접근을 시도하려는 노력의 일환으로 공학적 접근의 구체적인 예를 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, in special education pursues that the people with developmental delay should receive the full inclusive education with the normal people in every area of life. Japan special education be change to anew attempt with international movement.
In the 2002, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan changed Special Education Office to Special Support Education Office. And limit of the object of support is expend. It take shape that the support system offer service for the person with unique needs. For that reason, the study introduce to change trends of Japan special education.
