여가스포츠활동 참가정도와 내적분화 및 정서양식의 관계 = The Relationship of the Job Types of Leisure Activity Participation Style of the Internal Specialization and Emotional Management Ability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship of social types in leisure activity about internal specialization and emotional management ability.
This sample of abstraction used random sampling of 535 male and female employees. The survey questionnaire were used to collect data. The method which was used to view the culture of internal specialization is Hochschild(1983), Watson, Clark and Tellegen(1988), Lee(1998), King, Smith and Neal(1994). And about the emotional management ability is Beard & Regheb(1980), Dinner, Emmonson, Larsen, Griffin(1985) Lee(1992), Kim(1985). The reliability of the questionnaire ranged from .74-.84 were Cronbach's α. This abstract used the ANCOVA and regression analysis.
The analyzed-result as followed.
Firstly, the level of leisure activities partially affected inner specialization and emotional management ability. That is, the length and frequency of participation influences positive specialization where as length, frequency, and intensity influences negative specialization, The length of participation had negative influence on fear of emotional style while the frequency of participation influenced satisfaction, self-confidence, and shame negatively, the intensity of participation influenced satisfaction, self-confidence, and shame positively and fear negatively.
Secondly, inner specialization had partial effects on emotional management ability. In other words, positive specialization affected the levels of satisfaction, pride, shame while negative specialization affected satisfaction, fear, pride, and shame.
