제조기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 조직간 정보망을 통한 기업간 정보교류 방안 = The Exchange of Information between Trading Partners through IOSs for the Increase of a Firm"s Competitiveness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 우리나라 제조기업들을 대상으로 거래당사들 간에 어떤 유형의 정보가 교환되며 사용되는 정보교환 매체는 무엇이며, 정보교환이 조직간 신뢰와 협력을 증진시키고 나아가 생산성과 개선에 기여하는지를 실증적으로 조사, 분석한 연구이다. 조사결과, 우리나라 제조기업의 경우 관련기업들 간에 많은 양의 거래정보와 경영정보가 교류된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 외부환경 불확실성은 조직간 정보망의 이용정도에만 유의한 영향을 미치며 정보 교환정도에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교환되는 정보의 양에 대한 조직간 정보망과 전통적인 교환매체의 영향을 분석한 연구이다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 거래정보와 경영정보의 교환정도에 대해 조직간 정보망이 가장 유의적인 첫 번째 영향변수로 나타났다. 정보교환이 조직간 신뢰형성과 협력의식 고취에 미치는 영향은 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보교환에 의해 조직간 신뢰와 협력이 증진되지만 생산성과에 대한 영향은 조직간 신뢰를 통해서만 전달되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study investigated and identified types of information exchanged between trading partners, and usage levels of inter-organizational information systems(IOSs) and traditional communication media(TCM) in Korean manufacturing firms. We also empirically examined effects of the information exchange between trading firms on inter-organizational trust and cooperation as well as performance improvement. The results show that a large amount of transaction and management information are transferred between trading firms, and IOSs are the first significant influence factor on the exchange of both types of information. This study also found that environmental uncertainty does not influence the amount of information exchanged and the use levels of TCM. However, it was confirmed that information exchange has a significant impact on the levels of inter-organizational trust and cooperation, and information exchange indirectly influences the improvement of production performance through inter-organizational trust.
