강박적 종교 성향을 가진 내담자의 기독 상담적 돌봄 = Caring of by Christian counseling the clients" with obsessive religious orientation : Focusing on object relations theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 처벌받을 것 같은 두려움으로 강박적이고 반복적으로 신앙생활을 하는 내담자를 기독교 상담적인 관점에서 이해하고 고통스러운 강박적 종교 성향에서 벗어나 참 신앙을 회복할 수 있도록 어떻게 도울 수 있는가가 이 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 강박적인 종교인들은 어떤 심리를 가지고 있을까? 이렇게 된 원인은 무엇일까? 이들을 돕기 위해 기독상담사로써의 상담적 이해와 치료적 대안은 무엇일까? 라는 질문들을 가지고 사례연구를 통해 회복을 위한 기독 상담적 대안을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 강박에 대한 선행연구와 강박성향과 종교와의 관련성에 대한 선행연구를 함으로써 이전의 연구동향을 알고 이 연구의 필요성을 제시 하였다. 그 후 강박을 심리학적으로 이해하고 대상관계이론을 기반으로 근본적 원인을 알고, 강박의 증상 및 임상적 태도를 살펴 어떤 문제들이 나타나는지를 알며, 사례를 이해하기 위해 강박적 기독교인에 대해 살폈다. 강박증은 강박행동과 사고로 구별이 되는데 강박 행동은 강박적 사고에 의해 나온다고 보고 강박적 사고를 중심으로 치료계획을 세웠고 그것을 적용한 사례를 가지고 기독상담사로써의 강박적 종교성향의 내담자를 어떻게 돌봐야 하는지를 살피고 마지막으로 회복의 요인을 제시해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to understand the clients who engage in continuous and forced religious behaviors out of fear that they may be punished and to help them regain true faith. What is the mental state of people with obsessive religious behaviors? What caused them to be this way? What can Christian counselors offer to them as therapeutic understanding and clinical alternatives? Based on these questions, I hope to browse through Christian counseling alternatives through case studies. To this end, I have outlined an advanced research on obsession and its relation to religion in order to understand the previous research trend and call for the need for this particular research. Afterwards, obsession was visited from a psychological perspective and the root caused was searched based on object relations theory. Also, by looking at obsession symptoms and their clinical attitudes, the causes for those were found. Obsessive Christians were researched in order to understand the case studies. Obsession can be classified into obsessive behaviors and obsessive thoughts. Based on the premise that obsessive behaviors are caused by obsessive thoughts, therapeutic plan was set around obsessive thoughts. Reflecting on the case studies, I would like to find out how Christian counselors should care for obsessive religious orientation and propose possible factors for recovery.
