예비과학교사의 학습 조력자 활동에 기반 한 실천적 교과교육과정의 효과성 검증에 대한 연구 = Research on the effectiveness of verification of a practical curriculum-based learning curriculum in aid activities of the preservice science teachers

The aim of study is overcoming gap between pedagogical theory learning in teacher education university and teaching in elementary, middle and high schools. In this study, we develop and apply practical curricula using learning assistant program to pre-service teachers. This learning assistant program plays two roles ; Practical improvement in teaching ability of the upper grade students(10 students in this research) participating as learning assistant, and Advance in scientific knowledge of the lower grade students (40 students in this research) receiving help of learning assistants in classes. The summative evaluation scores of students with learning assistants are higher than scores of students without learning assistants. These results show that learning assistants play a role to improve students`` understanding of scientific concepts. Besides, we investigate the level of students`` satisfaction in learning assistant activity by questionnaire survey including five categories; understanding of learners, questioning strategy, learning guide for scientific concepts, guide in discussion, assessment for learners. Almost all of students said that they are very satisfied with learning assistants`` activities. Thus, analysis of the effectiveness of the practical training course curriculum based on learning activities as a teacher aide training course conceptual understanding through the measured measurement of student satisfaction and was able to find a supplement point in the future.
