소집단 협동학습을 통한 ICT 교수 학습 방법 연구 = Research of the ICT method of teaching based on small-grouped cooperation activities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 ICT 교육의 바람직한 방향을 모색하여 구체적인 교수 학습 방법을 제시하는 데 있다. ICT 교수·학습이 학습자의 창의성과 자기 주도적 학습력 신장이라는 본질적 목표를 추구하기 위해서는 텍스트 중심의 교육에서 벗어나 학습자 중심의 교육으로 접근해야 한다는 점을 강조하고자 한다. 그리고 그 구체적 교수 학습 방법으로 소집단 협동학습 모형을 구안하여 수업 현장에 적용해 봄으로써 실효성을 검증해 보았다.
II장에서는 ICT 활용 교수·학습 유형과 학습 전략 및 의의를 밝히고 ICT 교수·학습 모형을 설계하였다. 학습자 중심의 ICT 교수·학습은 구성주의에 바탕을 둔 "인식의 대상은 무엇인가(What's Known?)"라는 내용적 측면보다 "어떻게 가르치고 학습해야 하는가?"라는 방법적인 측면에서 접근해 가는 것이 마땅하리라 생각되었다.
이에 따라 협동학습이라는 교수 학습 방법을 원용하여 소집단 활동을 바탕으로 한 ICT 교수·학습 모형을 구안 적용해 보았다. 전체 학습 구조는 1단계 국어과 기본 요소 추출, 2단계 학습자료 선택 및 사이트 검색 방법 인지, 3단계 개별 협동학습 및 역할분담, 4단계 학습자료 제작 및 검색 엔진 활용(정보 사냥), 5단계 ICT 자료 제작, 보고서 작성(정보 생성), 6단계 학습 결과 보고, 발표, 토의(정보 공유)로 설정하였다.
III~V장에서는 ICT 협동학습 모형의 실효성을 검증하기 위하여 논산 소재의 중학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 프로그램 적용 과정을 기술하였다. 연구 집단을 설정하여 프로그램 투입에 따른 실험 처치 내용과 방법, 실험 도구 등을 살펴보고, 실제 수업의 과정을 소개하였다. VI장에서는 실험 처치 결과를 검증하고 해석해 보았으며, 검사 결과의 통계 처리는 엑셀 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.
이에 따른 본고의 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 프로그램을 적용한 결과, 연구 집단이 ICT 가공 능력, ICT 학습장 활용도 검사에서 유의미한 향상을 보임으로써 ICT 소집단 협동학습이 교수·학습에 필요한 정보 수집, 분석, 정리, 재구성을 위한 효과적인 교수·학습 방법임을 확인하였다.
둘째, 프로그램을 적용한 결과, 연구 집단이 학습자료 제작 능력, 국어교과의 자기 주도적 학습력 검사에서 유의미한 향상을 보임으로써 ICT 협동학습이 국어교육의 자기 주도적 학습력을 신장시키는 데 효과적인 교수 학습 방법임을 확인하였다.
따라서 본 연구는 국어교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 학습자 중심의 교육을 지향해야 하며, 협동학습이 하나의 방안으로 제시될 수 있음을 구명해 내었다는 점에 그 의의를 둘 수 있다. 또한 학습자 중심의 교육을 위한 현장 교사들의 각별한 관심과 노력이 요구되고, 학생들의 자유롭고 능동적인 학습 참여가 이루어질 수 있는 여건이 조성되어야 함을 밝혀 내었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to grope for an advisable method of thinking and proposing it. In order of achieving the essential objective of this ITC teaching & learning method which is based on the enhancement of self-initiative learning abilities and originality of the students, we should come over the text-based education and into the form of student- based education. And as the concrete method, results of the small grouped cooperation activity model which was applied in class turned proved to be practical. .
In page II, it will define ICT application and methods of teaching styles and meanings, and have designed the form of ITC application and methods of teaching style into a model. The student-based ITC education system, which is based on constructivism and not asking what is the object of cognition? but asking, how should the teaching and learning take place? was thought to be the right way to approach it.
As to the above, using the method of grouped cooperation activities as a basis, and adapted the ICT model. The whole educational structure is made up as: Stage 1: extracting the fundamentals form the Korean Language Department. Stage 2: acknowledging educational materials and Internet sites providing them. Stage 3: individual practice and the obligation of duties. Stage 4: fabrication of educational materials and the use of search engines. Stage 5: fabrication of ITC research materials and the fabrication of the written report Stage 6: reporting and discussing the results.
Through pages III~V, it is written about the program adaptation experimented on middle school first years in a school in Nonsan in order to prove the effectiveness of the ICT educational program model. A research group was formed and introduced about its experimental materials, methods and the curriculum of an actual lesson hour. In page IV, the experiment was analyzed and interpreted and the interpreted results were analyzed with an Excel program.
The following research results are:
First, the research group has shown a large enhancement in the ICT utilization, so the ICT small-group cooperation activity has proven that it is an affective educational way for researching, analyzing, consolidating and rearranging.
Second, after experimenting, the research groups self-based practice ability in the Korean Language, the ability of fabricating their own materials for the lesson hours has greatly been enhanced. This can conclude that ICT is an effective way in enhancing the ability of self-based practice abilities.
So the significance of this research can be thought of as that in order to reach the goals of the Korean Language education, a student-based education program should be designed and small-group cooperative education could be one of the plans. Also the student-based education needs the teachers attention and effort, and an environment should be created so that the students could participate freely.
