노인비만의 평가, 동반질환 및 관리 = Evaluation, Co-morbidity and Management of Obesity in the Elderly

국문 초록 (Abstract)

노인인구의 급속한 증가로 인해 노인비만은 중요한 보건사회적인 문제이다. 노인비만은 일반적으로 사용되는 비만의 진단기준과 다른 진단기준을 사용할 필요가 있다. 그리고 수많은의학적 상태, 동반질환 및 사망률 증가와 관련을 가지고 있으므로 노인비만은 적합한 치료가 필요하며, 특히 골밀도와 근육량 등이 감소되지 않도록 주의해야 한다.
