The purpose of this study is to determine whether organization culture and subculture exist in administrative organizations, and whether there are differences between the characteristics of organizational cultures and subcultures. Our studies of the culture of administration have focused on assuming that cultural characteristics are straightforward and simple. Thus, the study tried to examine whether various subcultures exist, and the results were as follows. As for the cultural aspects of individualism and collectivism, there were significant differences by age, place of duty, and official post; there was no difference by place of employment. As for the cultural aspects of authoritarianism and democracy, significant differences were seen among the variables as well.
