중등예비수학교사의 교육실습에 대한 인식

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중등예비수학교사가 교육실습을 성공적으로 경험할 수 있도록 교육실습 프로그램을 개선하기 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 2017년도와 2018년도에 교육실습을 경험한 중등예비수학교사 68명을 대상으로 수집된 교육실습에 대한 만족도 설문조사결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육실습에 대한 전반적인 인식은 보통 수준 이상으로 긍정적이었다. 둘째, 수업준비능력 부족으로 인한 어려움은 교육실습 시행년도, 지역, 수업시수에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 현장교사에 대한 인식은 성별, 실습 학교급, 연구수업 수행 여부에 따라 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 실습학교의 설립 구분에 따른 차이 분석결과 사립학교에서 국·공립학교보다 교수학습능력, 교직 적성, 교직 이해, 전체 만족도, 수업준비능력에 대하여 더 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교수-학습능력, 교직 적성, 교직 이해에 대한 다중 회귀분석 결과 모두 통계적 유의수준에서 전체 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications about how to improve teaching practicum so that pre-service mathematics teachers have teaching successfully. For this study, data were used from a survey on the recognition of teaching practicum for 68 pre-service mathematics teachers who had experienced teaching practicum in 2017 and 2018. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the general recognition of teaching practice was positive. Second, the pre-service mathematics teachers showed a significant difference in the lack of lesson preparation skills depending on the year, region, or teaching hours of implementing practicum. Also, the recognition of their mentor teachers indicated a significant difference depending on their sex, school levels, or whether they did research teaching or not. Third, according to the results of analyzing differences depending on the school types, they recognized more positively about teaching and learning ability, aptitude for teaching, understanding of teaching, overall satisfaction, and lesson preparation skills in private schools than public schools. Fourth, according to the results of conducting multiple regression analysis on teaching and learning ability, aptitudes for teaching, and understanding of teaching, all of them influenced overall satisfaction at a statistically significant level.
