인문사회과학영역 : 장애인의 문화예술 참여에 대한 실제와 그 가능성 = Humanities and Social Sciences : Practice and Possibility of Disabled People`s Participation in Art and Culture

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In Korea, recently, building up policy of welfare for the handicapped and interest in handicaps` participation in culture and art are rapidly increasing. On the other hand, most of them are limited to concept of welfare such as helping handicapped to have basic normal lives. Participating in culture and art for handicapped should beyond perspective of welfare, and dealing with viewpoint of human right because culture and art are one of the most significant human rights that are supposed to be enjoyed by everybody. For that, education should be premised for participation in culture and art for handicapped. The right of being educated includes cultural meaning. The right of being education according to people`s abilities means individual metal and physical abilities. Therefore, making special education school and special facilities for the handicaps is necessary. Culture is learned by acquired processing. Culture is also the way to live in the society. Education through participating in culture and art is needed for handicapped and special facilities are required. Goal of the study is possibility of disabled people`s participation in art and culture through researches for 15 years.
