노인요양시설 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = 직무만족의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인요양시설에 종사하는 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성과 서비스 질 간의 직접적인 관계와 직무만족을 매개로 직업정체성이 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 요약하고 논의하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족과 서비스 질을 높이는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사례관리자의 직무만족이 서비스 질에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족을 매개로 하여 서비스 질에 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 사례관리자의 직업적 정체성과 직무만족을 향상시키기 위해 사례관리업무의 표준화, 인적자원개발을 위한 체계적 지원, 직무요인을 강화할 수 있는 조직문화가 조성되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the occupational identity of case managers in nursing home and their quality of service and the impact of occupational identity on the quality of service through the medium of job satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the case manager"s professional identity, factors that increase job satisfaction and service quality, respectively. Second, the case manager"s job satisfaction was affected by the static quality of service. Third, the case manager"s professional identity through the medium of the job satisfaction of service quality were affected indirectly. The findings of the study suggest that professional identity and job satisfaction of case managers to improve the standardization of case management services, human resources support for the development of a systematic, job factors, organizational culture should be can enhance the composition.
