교원 디지털 역량 실태 분석: 경북 지역을 중심으로 = Analysis of Teachers Digital Competency Status: Focusing on Gyeongbuk Region

To respond to the era of digital transformation, it is necessary to assess the current status of teachers' digital competencies and systematically enhance them. This study aimed to investigate the digital competencies of teachers in the Gyeongbuk region. For this purpose, we conducted validity and reliability tests on the items measuring teachers' digital competencies and finalized 28 items based on the test results. Using these developed items, we collected data from 574 teachers in the Gyeongbuk region and conducted frequency analysis and difference tests according to school levels. The results showed that teachers in the Gyeongbuk region generally had high digital competencies in most areas except for advanced digital skills. Additionally, elementary school teachers had significantly higher digital competencies in many items compared to secondary school teachers. The study suggests the necessity of comparative studies between different regions.
