대학 교육만족도 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학에서 학생들의 교육 만족도를 총체적으로 측정할 수 있는 타당하고 신뢰로운 도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석을 기반으로 교육 만족도를 구성하는 측정문항을 개발하고 전문가 및 대학생 검토를 거쳐 27개 문항을 도출하였다. 다음으로 1, 2차 조사를 실시하여 개발된 측정도구에 대한 타당화 검증을 하였다. 1차 조사는 H대학 재학생 249명을 대상으로 하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석으로 7개 요인, 26문항을 추출하였다. 1차 조사 결과에서 추출한 26문항의 측정도구를 사용하여 397명을 대상으로 2차 조사를 실시하였다. 확인적 요인분석으로 ‘교육내용 및 수업’, ‘학생지도’, ‘학교이미지’, ‘학생지원’ 등 4개 요인은 각각 4문항, ‘교육환경’, ‘행정서비스’, ‘대학생활’ 등 3개 요인은 각각 3문항으로 총 25문항이 최종 측정도구로 개발되었다. 확인적 요인분석에서 CFI, TLI, RMSEA 등의 지수 값이 모두 권장수용 수준 이상으로 나타나 개발된 측정도구가 대학의 교육만족도를 측정하는데 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure students" satisfaction with educational services in university. Based on a literature review, questions were deduced, and then through the reviews of experts and students, the first version of a questionnaire was produced. The preliminary survey was conducted with students at H-university in Korea. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to verify the validity of the construct. The main survey was administered at the same university, followed by a confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of this verification, the final version of the questionnaire was developed with the categories of curriculum and instruction, student advisement, university image, support for student administrative services, educational environment, and college life. As the CFI, TLI, RMSEA of the model represented good fit, we confirmed the final questionnaire as a valid instrument to measure students" satisfaction with university.
