자아존중감과 우울이 중도지체장애인의 장애수용에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 조절효과 검증 = A Study of Effect that Self-Esteem and Depression have on Disability Acceptance of People with an Acquired Physical Disability: The moderating Effects of Social Support

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자아존중감과 우울이 중도지체장애인의 장애수용에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보기 위해서 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울특별시, 대구, 대전, 광주, 전남, 경기도에 거주하고 있는 중도지체장애인 187명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0과 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 위하여 Amos 7.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 추정방법으로는 완전정보 최대우도법(Full Information Maximum Likelihood)을 사용하였다. 분석결과 자아존중감이 중도지체장애인의 우울과 장애수용에 이르는 경로계수가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 그러나 우울이 중도지체장애인의 장애수용에 이르는 경로계수는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 따라서 우울과 장애수용과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 분석되지 않았다. 마지막으로 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to research the influence that self-esteem and depression have on disability acceptance of people with an acquired physical disability. The subjects were 187 people with an acquired physical disability in Seoul, Daegu, Daejeon, Kwangju, Jeonnam, Kyunggi province. Statistical analysis was performed according to SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 for factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). And method for analyzing the conducted model and estimated by full information maximum likelihood method. According to results, it was found that self-esteem has meaningful statistical difference in the degree of depression and disability acceptance of people with an acquired physical disability. But depression has not meaningful statistical difference in the degree of disability acceptance of people with an acquired physical disability. Therefore, the moderation effect of social support between depression and disability acceptance of people with an acquired physical disability has not been analyzed. Finally, the significance of this study, its limitation and further research was discussed.
