Achalasia is a condition resulting from an abnormality of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), which can cause several complications. We experienced a case of gastroesophageal intussusception which developed in an achalasia patient during fiberoptic esophagogastroscopy. Manual reduction, Heller's myotomy and Dors anterior fundoplication were carried out successfully.
