后疫情时代中国文旅政策分析与展望 = Analysis and Prospect of China’s Culture Tourism Policy in the Era of Post Covid-19

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, various industries have been severely affected, and the Chinese government has intensified its efforts to support these industries. In this paper, we comprehensively explore the formation of China's cultural and tourism industries, as well as the process of convergence between culture and tourism. We also review the theoretical background of China's cultural tourism policy status. To achieve our research goals, we collect policy samples that align with the research objectives from January 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, and analyze the key issues and characteristics of China's cultural tourism policy in the post-COVID-19 era. We further categorize and organize the policy samples into tables and analyze policy instruments, with a focus on policies centered around environmental type policy tools. Lastly, by analyzing the policy content and external factors, we have presented three development directions as outcomes: strengthening international cooperation, promoting cultural tourism consumption, and transitioning into an industry through technological means.
