고등학교 축구선수의 축구재능 발달과업 추정 = Developmental Tasks for Football Talentedin High School Football Players

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to explore developmental tasks for football talented in high school football players . In order to explore the developmental tasks for football talented 150 youth national team football players responded to open-ended questionnaires. The results of open-ended questionnaires were analyzed by content analysis and compared with the frequency ratio of football talented specific domains by age. As the results, football talented were categorized psychological intelligence, competition intelligence, and physical intelligence. Psychological intelligence were categorized fundamental, motivation, mental toughness, relation capital and psychological strategies. Competition intelligence were categorized interaction intelligence, analytical intelligence, practical intelligence, and creative intelligence. Physical intelligence were categorized fitness, body shape, and skill. Frequency ratio of psychological intelligence, competition intelligence, and physical intelligence by age as belows. Psychological intelligence developmental tasks for high school football players were estimated as sense of responsibility, sacrifice, faith, mind control. competition intelligence developmental tasks and physical intelligence developmental tasks were difficult to estimate directly, but can be estimated indirectly. The center of the players strategical perspective were expand from individuals to team, and players recognizes their strategical role required in the game. This study provides an opportunity to look forward to developmental tasks of interest in sport fields and researches.
