펜션주택 양성화를 위한 제도개선 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Plan to Improvement the System for Legalization of the Pension -Focused on the Special Autonomous Province of Jeju-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2002년 민박제도가 완전 자율화 된 이후, 펜션을 통칭한 대규모 상업적 민박이 난립하고, 고급화 대형화된 수많은 민박이 들어서 운영되므로 인해 허가받은 타 숙박업체와의 세제상 형평성의 문제, 무분별한 개발행위로 인한 환경훼손 및 오염의 문제, 펜션주택과 관련된 법ㆍ제도의 일관성과 형평성에 문제로 인한 사회적 문제점을 제주 특별자치도를 중심으로 제도적 접근과 사례를 중심으로 분석하여 미등록 불법펜션의 양성화를 위한 제도개선 방안을 제시하였다.
