학교 청소년의 인권보장, 자아존중감, 주관적 행복감 간의 관계 = The Relationship among school adolescents` Rights guarantee, Self-esteem and Subjective Happiness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This Study examined the direct or indirect effects, through self-esteem, of rights guarantee of school adolescents on subjective happiness. In addition, The study investigated the moderating academic background(middle school-high school). The study data based on 2,004 of middle school and high school students among respondents of the survey on child·youth synthesize survey, which was the research of ministry for Health, Welfare and Family affairs. As a statistical method, structural equation model was employed. The study results showed that school adolescents` rights(liberty and participate) guarantee affect directly on subjective happiness and participate guarantee affect indirectly through self-esteem. The study did not find the moderating effects of academic background, except for path from participate guarantee to self-esteem. Based on the results, implications for adolescents welfare policy and practice were discussed.
