무도산업의 인프라 구축에 따른 시장적용가능성 및 경제적 파급효과 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 스포츠산업과 무도산업의 분류사례를 근거로 향후 무도산업이 나아가야할 정책방향 제시를 위하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째, 현대 산업의 분류를 살펴보는 주된 목적은 현대산업의 전체를 이해하는 것보다 왜, 현대 산업을 이해해야 하는가에 주목할 필요가 있다. 현대 산업이해의 필요성은 산업분류를 통해 각 산업별 투입 대비 산출의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 지표를 구성하고자 하는 것이며, 지표를 통해 스포츠 또는 무도산업의 투자요소를 결정하고, 더 나아가 발전가능성을 예측할 수 있다는 것이다. 이후 무도산업의 이해함으로써 무도산업의 발전 모델을 기대할 수 있다. 하지만 무도산업의 정의를 한마디로 말하기는 어렵다. 무도산업을 정의하기 위해서는 무예, 무술, 무도의 용어 통일성과 무도의 범위를 어떻게 정하느냐에 따라 산업의 정의도 다르게 표현될 수 있기 때문이다.
둘째, 무도산업은 무도수련 활동과 관련된 제품이나 서비스를 생산하는 활동을 지칭한다고 할 수 있다. 즉 무도산업은 무도수련 활동에 참가하는 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 용품과 장비, 수련 시설과 서비스, 무도 경기화에 따른 대회, 이벤트, 강습 등과 같이 유․무형의 재화나 서비스를 생산․유동시켜 부가가치(附加價値)를 창출하는 산업을 의미한다.
셋째, 한국표준산업분류표에서 무도산업의 직간접적인 항목들은 대분류의 항목 중 C의 제조업은 무도관련 수련 용품 및 장비를 제조하는 분야이며, G는 제조업에서 생산된 각종 용품 및 장비를 판매하는 도매 및 소매업을 의미한다. J는 무도관련 서적의 출판, 영상, 방송통신 및 정보서비스업이며, L은 무도수련 도장에 관련된 부동산업 및 임대업, P는 각종 교육기관의 교육 서비스업이다. 교육서비스는 일반적인 학원을 포함한 초·중·고·대학의 무도관련 교육업을 의미한다. 그리고 R은 예술, 스포츠 및 여가관련 서비스업으로 무도산업과 그 연관성이 있으며, S는 협회 및 단체　등 서비스업으로 비영리법인 무도단체 등을 포함한다고 볼 수 있다. 한국 전통무예진흥법에 의한 무도진흥정책의 가시화는 국가 산업의 경제활동을 증축할 뿐만 아니라 우리 무예의 세계적 가치를 실현시키는 역할을 수행할 것이다.

In this study, resulting in a modern industrial area classification by martial arts industry classification to determine the investment element of the industry, and further development possibilities are unpredictable.
