가족이 참여한 긍정적 행동지원이 가정에서의 저녁 일과시간에 발생하는 자폐유아의 문제행동에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Positive Behavior Support on the Problem Behavior of Preschoolers with Autism During Evening Routines at Home

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of positive behavior support at home on the problem behavior of preschoolers with autism during their evening routines. Three young children with autism and their families participated in this study. Based on the functional assessment, positive behavior support plan was established for each child. A multiple probe baseline design across participants was used and the children's problem behavior was measured using a partial interval recording method. The results indicated that the positive behavior support at home reduced problem behavior for all participants and the effects of the positive behavior support was maintained after termination of the intervention.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가족이 참여한 긍정적 행동지원이 자폐유아가 가정에서의 저녁 일과시간에 보이는 문제행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 가정에서 심각한 문제행동을 보이는 세 명의 자폐유아를 대상으로 기능평가를 실시하고, 그 결과를 토대로 각 유아의 가족과 함께 긍정적 행동지원 계획을 수립하고 실행하였다. 본 연구에서는 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계를 사용하여 기초선, 중재, 유지의 단계로 실험을 진행하였으며, 자료는 각 유아의 가정에서 저녁 일과시간에 부분간격기록법으로 수집하였다. 유지 자료는 중재 종료 4주 후부터 3회기에 걸쳐 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 3명의 자폐유아 모두의 저녁 일과시간 문제행동이 감소되었으며, 중재의 효과가 중재 종료 4주 후에도 유지되었다. 본 연구는 가족이 주요 구성원으로 참여하는 행동지원 노력이 자폐유아의 문제행동을 감소시키는데 효과적임을 보여주었다는데 그 의의가 있다.
