한약(생약) 분야 위해평가를 위한 일일복용량 조사 = Daily Dose Study for Herbal medicine

국문 초록 (Abstract)

체계적인 한약재 관리와 유해 물질 관리 체계 구축을 위해 국내 한약재 유통채널 (한의원/한방병원/한약국/한약방/한약조제약국)을 대상으로 한약재의 처방조제를 통한 한약재 섭취량을 파악할 수 있는 연구 체계 마련이 필요. 이에 따라 위해성평가 4단계 중 3단계에 해당하는 노출평가의 1일 섭취량(본 연구에서는 일일복용량)항목의 활용을 위한 기초자료 제공을 핵심 연구목표로 하고 있으며, 성별, 연령별에 따른 복용량을 함께 파악하고자 함. 2년 간 총 5,00개(1차년도 2,50개소, 2차년도 2,50개소) 유통채널에서 직접 조제한 탕제 및 환제 등의 처방에 따른 섭취량을 조사하였으며, 조사 대상 품목은 총 174개 약재로 선정. 조사 대상 약재의 처방 정보 수집을 위해 보건복지부의 「한약 처방의 종류 및 조제에 관한 규정」에 제시된 10개 한약의 처방정보 응답결과를 활용, 전체 174개 약재 중 157개 약재 처방정보를 수집(조사 대상 174개 약재품목 포함 약재는 123개). 10개 한약 처방정보에 포함되지 않은 51개 약재는 한약 처방정보가 아닌, 해당 약재품목 사용량 응답을 통해 일일복용량을 산출.본 연구를 통해 2년 간 수집된 5,00개 유통채널의 62,741개의 처방 data를 수집, 위해성 평가 연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는데 가장 큰 의의가 있음. 단, 수집된 data는 일반 성인남성 기준 복용량으로 성별, 연령별 처방량은 실제 처방 기준이 아닌, 응답자의 주관적 판단에 의거한 것으로 일반화하기에는 한계가 있음. 따라서 향후 유해성 평가를 위해 특이체질/체형 복용자 응답기준을 선정, 추가적인 연구를 수행한다면, 향후 유해성 평가 자료로 활용하는데 더욱 의미가 있을 것임.○ 연구목표 : 체계적인 한약재 관리와 유해 물질 관리 체계 구축을 위해 국내 한약재 유통채널(한 의원/한방병원/한약국/한약방/한약조제약국)을 대상으로 한약재의 처방조제를 통한 한 약재 복용량을 파악할 수 있는 연구 체계 마련이 필요 이에 따라 위해성평가 4단계 중 3단계에 해당하는 노출평가의 1일 섭취량(본 연구에서 는 일일복용량)항목의 활용을 위한 기초자료 제공을 핵심 연구목표로 하고 있으며, 성별, 연령별에 따른 복용량을 함께 파악하고자 함
○ 연구내용 : 기존에 수행된 한약재 복용량 조사는 실제 복용 주체인 소비자를 대상으로 직접적인 측정이 어렵다는 한계로 인해, 한약재 품목별 유통량이나 처방량 등을 기초로 일일복 용량을 산출하는 것이 적합하다고 판단 본 연구의 대상은 국내 유통(생산 및 수입)되는 원료한약재이며, 대상기관은 한방병원, 한의원, 한약국, 한약방, 한약조제약국 등 5개 유통채널을 대상으로 함 2년 간 총 5,000개(1차년도 2,500개소, 2차년도 2,500개소) 유통채널에서 직접 조제한 탕제 및 환제 등의 처방에 따른 섭취량을 조사하였으며, 조사 대상 품목은 총 174개 약재로 선정. 조사 대상 약재의 처방 정보 수집을 위해 보건복지부의 「한약 처방의 종류 및 조제에 관한 규정」에 제시된 100개 한약의 처방정보 응답결과를 활용, 전체 174개 약재 중 157개 약재 처방정보를 수집(조사 대상 174개 약재품목 포함 약재는 12 3개). 100개 한약 처방정보에 포함되지 않은 51개 약재는 한약 처방정보가 아닌, 해당 약재품목 사용량 응답을 통해 일일복용량을 산출

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In order to systematically manage herbal medicines and establish a harmful substance management system, it is necessary to establish a research system that can grasp the amount of medicines consumed through prescription of medicinal herbs for domestic herbal medicine distribution chanel (Korean medicine, oriental medicine hospital, oriental medicine, oriental medicine, The main goal of this study is to provide the basic data for the daily intake of the exposure assessment (the daily dose in the present study) corresponding to the third step of the risk assessment, and to determine the dosage according to sex and age I want to. A total of 5,00 (2,50 in the first year and 2,50 in the second) distribution chaneels for 2 years were used to examine the intake of prescription medicines such as hot peper and pils. The total of 174 medicines were selected. In order to collect prescribing information of medicines to be surveyed, 157 medicines prescribing information among 174 medicines were collected (using the results of prescription information response of 10 Korea traditional herbs presented in the "Regulations Regarding Kinds and Preparation of Herbal Medicine Prescriptions" of the Ministry of Health and Welfare 174 medicinal products and 123 medicinal products. The 51 medicines that are not included in the 10 herbal prescription information are calculated based on the medication item usage response, not the herbal medicine prescription information. In this study, 62,741 prescription data of 5,00 distribution chanels collected over two years are collected and used as basic data for risk assessment resea4rch. However, the collected data are based on the adult male standard dose, and the amount of prescription by gender and age is based on the subjective judgment of the respondent, not the actual prescription standard. Therefore, if additional criteria are selected for the evaluation of toxicity, the results will be more meaningful in future.
