일본의 장애학생 진로？직업교육의 고찰 = A Study of Career and Vocational Education for Students with Disabilities in Japan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 일본 장애학생 진로 직업교육의 동향과 전망을 고찰함으로써 우리의
장애학생 진로 직업교육의 효율성을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다.
일본의 장애학생 진로 직업교육은 2009년 3월에 고시된 특별지원학교 고등부학습지도 요
령에 「진로 직업교육」이 명시된 이래로 종래의 협의의 「진로 직업교육」에서 교육과정
이나 지도내용을 재음미 하면서 변혁의 거치는 광의의 「진로 직업교육」의 개념이 도입되
어 실례적변화의 내용을 찾아가는 과정에 있다. 이러한 과정에서 일본교육의 모토인 「살아
가는 힘」의 육성과 중첩되는 직업관, 노동관의 육성을 진로 직업교육으로 핵심으로 삼고
있다. 또한 진로 직업교육에서의 교육과정 편성은 「학령기의 학생 개개인의 진로 직업」
에 관련된 것으로 규정하고, 「육성하는 능력을 기반으로 하는 프로그램」을 소학교부터 고
등학교까지 12년에 걸친 교육의 진로지도 구조화를 제안하고 있다.
이러한 관점에서 보면 우리나라 장애학생 진로 직업교육도 그 개념을 명확히 하고 진로
직업교육이 연속적으로 일관성이 있게 이루어질 수 있도록 관심을 가져야 할 필요성이 있
고, 발달 단계 혹은 각 급 학교 단계별로 장래의 직업이나 생활에 필요한 능력이나 기술이
전 학령기에 걸쳐 습득될 수 있도록 교과과정이 유연성 있게 운영될 수 있는 환경이 조성
되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions to increase the efficiency
of career and vocational education for students with disabilities of the country
through to examines trends and prospects career and vocational education for
students with disabilities in Japan.

Notice for Special Needs School Students with teaching guidance "career and
vocational education" stated since the conventional narrow "career and vocational
education" courses in information and maps broader transformation of the offense

regulation, "competency based programs" from elementary school through high
school education 12years of career guidance structuring have been proposed.
From this viewpoint, career and vocational education students with disabilities
in Korea also clarify the concept of career and vocational education can be made
to be consistent in a row, so the need have attention, and developmental
stage-by-step, or each class of future work or school abilities and skills
necessary for daily life in school-age across the whole curriculum to be learned
to be flexible environment for operating should be considered.
