국문 초록 (Abstract)

폭발적인 인터넷의 이용증가와 더불어 성장하고 있는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce : EC)는 새로운 사업영역은 물론 신무역관행(new trade practices)의 시대를 요청하고 있다. 전통적 시장의 형태도 그 모습을 급속히 바꾸어 가고 있다. 즉, 가상시장(Cyber Market) 또는 e-마켓플레이스(e-Market Place) 등 그야말로 지구촌 시장을 탄생시키고 있다. 그러나 전자상거래가 보다 발전하기 위해서는 해결해야할 과제가 산재해 있다. 무엇보다 거래적, 기술적, 그리고 법률적 측면이 상호 유기적으로 결합될 수 있는 환경이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 따라서, 전자무역의 발전현황과 발전과제, 그리고 현재 추진되고 있는 전자무역의 프로젝트를 살펴본다. 따라서 본 연구는 무역 실무자들이 전자무역을 수행함에 있어 직면하게 되는 문제점에 대한 해석적 기본을 제시하고자 하는데 주안점을 두고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Electronic Commerce growing with the tremendous popularity of Internet requires new trade practices as well as the provinces of new business. traditional market is transforming itself rapidly. That is to say, the global market has come into being like Cyber Market or e-Market Place, etc. However there are problems to be solved ubiquitously. above all things, the environment combining transactional, technical and legal aspects organically should be.<BR> Consequently, this research was conducted to show analytical basis of controversial points for staffs in charge of international businesses to perform electronic trade. Although electronic trade raises problems intrinsic in individuals, enterprises or EC, as a matter of fact, there were devotions which made each kind of approach of electronic trade to be setting in practice and the like. Under that point of view, it would be a significant study to orient electronic trade with examining recent developments and questions of it and the project forwarded presently.
