탈북자의 심리․정서적 문제해결 방안으로써 교류분석 이론적용의 가능성에 대한 연구 = The Study on the Possibility of TA as a Method for Solving Psychological Problem of North Korean defectors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 탈북자들이 한국사회 정착과정에서 겪는 심리․정서적 문제와 그 원인을 살펴보고 이를 해결하기 위한 상담방안으로써 교류분석 이론적용의 가능성을 살펴보고자 함이 목적이다. 현재 남북하나재단에서는 전문적인 탈북자 상담을 위해 ‘북한이탈주민 전문 상담사’제도를 운영하고 있으나 대부분 심리상담보다는 생활상담에 국한되어 있는 경우가 많다. 또한 탈북자들을 상담한 경험이 있는 상담사들은 문화적 차이와 탈북자들에 대한 편견, 그리고 상담자 자신의 역량 및 수퍼비젼 문제 등으로 상담에 어려움을 겪고 있으나, 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안을 찾지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 탈북자들의 심리․정서적 문제와 그 원인을 북한, 탈북과정, 한국입국 후 등 세 단계로 나누어 보고 문제해결 방안으로써 교류분석 이론을 적용해 본 결과 교류분석 이론은 탈북자들의 공통된 심리문제 해결에 적용이 가능하였으며, 탈북자 상담에 있어 상담사들이 겪는 문제점들을 해결하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 이론임을 확인하였다. 또한 반복된 심리적 외상으로 내면의 힘이 부족한 탈북자들에게 교류분석 상담을 위한 이론적용의 기초적 작업을 수행함으로써 심리문제 해결의 가능성을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문의 특성상 탈북자들의 심리․정서적 문제를 한정된 범위에서 다루었으나, 향후 연구들에서 이러한 점들을 보완 연구할 수 있음을 밝혔다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this is to examine the psychological problems and causes of North Korean defectors in the processes of settling down in South Korea and to examine the possibility of applying the TA as a counseling method to solve them. Currently, the Korea Hana Foundation operates a ‘special counselors for North Korean defectors’ system for professional counseling, but most of them are limited to living counseling rather than psychological counseling. In addition, counselors with experience in counseling North Korean defectors have difficulties in counseling due to cultural differences, prejudice against North Korean defectors, and the counselor’s own capabilities and supervision issues, but no solution has been suggested. Thus, in this parer, we divided the psychological problems of North Korean defectors into three stages and applied the TA theory as a solution to the problems. As a result, counseling on TA can solve the problems experienced by counselors in counseling for North Korean defectors, and the TA theory can be applied to solve common psychological problem of North Korean defectors. In particular, they suggested a plan to the theory of exchange analysis to North Korean defectors who lack inner strength due to repeated psychological trauma. Last but not least because of the nature of the paper, it covered the psychological problems of North Korean defectors to a limited extend, but said future studies could supplement these points.
