생태번역학 3차원 변환을 통한 색채어 번역 연구 -『82생 김지영』 중국어 번역 사례 분석 = A Study on the Translating Color Terms through Three­Dimensional Transformations in Eco­Translatology: Analysis of Chinese Translation of Kim Ji­young, Born 1982

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the translation of color elements in literary works using the “Three­Dimensional Transformation” framework of Eco­Translatology, proposed by Chinese scholar Hu Gengshen. Through an analysis of Kim Ji­young, Born 1982 and its Chinese translations, it explores how linguistic, cultural, and communicative dimensions aid the adaptation of texts within the ecological environment of the target language.
The findings highlight key differences between human and AI translations. Human translators excel in contextual interpretation and capturing literary nuances, whereas AI translations often rely on literal methods, lacking sensitivity to cultural and literary subtleties. To address this, the study recommends enhancing AI's ability to process emotional and aesthetic elements by strengthening cultural and literary databases.
This research underscores the necessity of human intervention for high­quality literary translations and demonstrates the practical relevance of the “Three­Dimensional Transformation” as a translation framework. It offers valuable insights for advancing Chinese­Korean and Korean­Chinese literary translation studies and broadening the application of ecological translation theory.
