The gifted need the constructivist learning environment that reflects the cognitive and affective characteristics of and the needs of the gifted to enhance their potential. When the learning process and problem-solving process of the gifted are analysed qualitatively, it is possible to develop and progress of the educational programs and services that fit them. The major purpose of this study was to analyse the constructive process in mathematical knowledges of the gifted during solving the problems. In addition to identifying the process of knowledge-constructing and having new perspectives and finding it`s educational value. For this study, Web-based Learning Environment based on constructivism was developed and it was applied on high school 2×2 matrices learning for the gifted students. Through the collaborative learning in Web-based Learning Environment, the gifted were able to argue, persuade and share their unique ideas and elaborated their illstructured ideas gradually. The gifted escape the tunnel vision of the early time and have multiple perspectives that are more objective and logical. It was alike Lakatos` The Logic of Mathematical Discovery that proposed social construction of mathematical knowledges.
