행동의 활성화 및 억제 성향과 음주행동 간의 관계에서 음주 억제 및 거부의 역할 = The Roles of Drinking Control or Refusal in BAS/BIS and Drinking Behaviors of College Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 행동활성화 및 행동억제와 대학생의 문제음주 간의 관계를 분석하고, 그 관계에서 음주 억제나 거부의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 남녀 대학생 295명(남: 149, 여: 146)이었으며, 평균 연령은 21.59세였다. 분석 결과, 행동활성화 체계는 대학생의 문제음주와 유의한 정적 상관이 있었지만, 행동억제 체계는 상관이 없었다. 음주 억제나 거부는 음주활성화 및 문제음주와 부적상관이 있었다. 단계적 회귀분석에서는 사회적 상황에서 음주 억제나 거부가 문제음주를 가장 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제음주의 변량 26.3%과 위험음주 변량 38.8%를 설명하고 있었다. 음주 억제나 거부가 행동활성화와 위험음주 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하고, 행동활성화와 문제음주 간의 관계는 완전하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기질적 성격인 행동활성화 체계와 음주와의 관계를 검증하고, 그 관계에서의 음주 억제나 거부의 역할을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the relation of behavioral activation system (BAS) or behavioral inhibition system (BIS) to problematic drinking of college students, and examined the mediating effect of drinking control or refusal. The participants were 295 (149 males and 146 females) college students, and their average of ages was 12.59. Results indicated that BAS was positively correlated with problematic drinking, while BIS was not significantly correlated with. Drinking control or refusal was negatively correlated with problematic drinking as well as BAS. Stepwise regression analyses reveled that drinking control or refusal in social situation accounted the most variance of problematic drinking, it accounted 26.3% of problematic drinking and 38.8% of dangerous drinking. It was found that drinking control or refusal was partially mediating on BAS and dangerous drinking, and totally mediating on BAS and problematic drinking of college students. Results of this study identified relationship between BAS and problematic drinking, and suggests the role of drinking control or refusal in the relationship.
