2. In karyotype, trisomy-2l was found in 46 (95.8%) of 48 cases and D/G translocation was observed only in 2 cases.
3. The dermatoglyphic findings such as the ulnar loop on 2nd and 3rd fingers, the 3rd interdigital loop and the atd angle over 57˚ were frequently observed as the simian crease.
4. The values of acetabular angle, iliac angle, iliac index and pelvic index were decreased.
5. The associated congenital cardiac anomaly was found in 33.3% (16/48 cases).
