World economy and strategic center moved to Asia-Pacific region as rising of China. USA also plan pivot to Asia through rebaJancing strategy. In this serious situation. China issued active defense strategy which stressed defencing their national sovereignty and security, prioritizing on prepare for mili tary conflict in oversea through publishing 2015 China``s Military lary Strategy[White paper 1 on 26th May. Also. they promote military modernization such as accelerating small sizing. multi-dimensional function. modulization in the PLA Army, reranning military structure of Navy to change main mission of PLA Navy from offshore water defense to open sea protection. expanding PAL Air force mission which endeavor to shift its focus from territorial air defense to both defense and offense and strengthening PLA Second Artillery Force and Cyber power. In this article, discussing both the positive and negative effects of China``s new military strategy on Korea``s national security and propose the development of Korea``s military strategy.
