Eine Studie über die Nationale Volksarmee vor der Einheit Deutschlands = A Study of the National People’s Army prior to German Reunification

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Military unification on the unification in Germany had the biggest importance. National People’s Army(NVA) was a group under armed forces. An absorbtion of North Korean Army through ROK armed forces in the future on Korean Peninsular suggests prediction. National Peoples Army was organization of protection for regime of DDR. This was due to a fact that NVA was a troop and avant-garde of SED. This fact is connected with that North Korean Army is controlled by North Korean regime. Dilemma of absorbtion of North Korean Army in the future is suggested through German examples. Confrontation of both armed forces on Korean peninsular is fundamentally different from the situation of examples in Germany before German unification. This fundamental difference was simultaneously analysed in connection with something in common of troop in the Communist bloc. The absorbtion of the East German Army was showed as a reflection of North Korean Army that can be dissolved in the future on Korean Peninsular.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

독일통일 시 전개된 통합 가운데에서 최고의 무장 집단인 군의 통합은 독일의 제 통합분야 가운데 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 언젠가 한반도에서 한국군에 의한 북한군 인수는 동독군 흡수 사례를 통해 간접적인 예단이 가능할 것이다. 동독군은 군대이기 이전에 동독정권의 보위단체였다. 이것은 동독군이 동독 사회통일당의 군대였던 사실에 기인한다. 이러한 사실은 북한군이 실제로 군 지휘부에 의해 유지되는 군이 아닌 북한정권의 전위대로서 존재하는 사실과 연계될 수 있을 것이다. 장차 한반도 통일 후 북한 정권 전위대인 북한군을 인수할 시의 난제가 독일의 사례연구를 통해 간접적으로 드러나고 있다. 한반도에서 남북한 군의 대치는 통일 이전의 독일의 대치 사례와는 근본적으로 상이하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 근본적인 상이점은 동시에 공산권 군대의 공통점이라는 측면에서 분석되었다. 동독군 흡수는 장차 분해될 북한군의 한 모습으로 나타난다. 그러므로 한반도에서 통일 준비는 북한군 흡수에 비중을 두고 진행되어야 할 시사점을 남긴다.
