This paper is a study of Jae Joon Kim`s soteriology with special reference to his first Opera I(1926-1949). Dr. Rev. Jae Joon Kim was born on November 6, 1901, in Korea. He died on Janurary 27, 1987. By Jae Joon Kim the order of salvation(ordo salutis), beginning in justification and ending in glorification, represents not only a logical sequence, but also a chronological one. The justification clearly precedes the others, as sanctification, new life, and glorification, on our use of the term, follows them - so called “the golden chain.” The Holy Spirit plays the important role in the order of salvation. Because the Holy Spirit takes all things out of Christ, and gives them to us. Jae Joon Kim can be regarded as reformed theologian in the Presbyterian Church of the Republic of Korea(PCRK).
