간호대학생의 전문직 자부심, 셀프리더십, 공동체 의식이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 = The impact of nursing students' professional pride, self-leadership and sense of community on organizational socialization

국문 초록 (Abstract)

간호대학생의 전문직 자부심, 셀프리더십, 공동체 의식이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대전 충북 지역 소재 3개의 간호학과 재학생 131명이며, 자료수집 기간은 2024년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 program으로 분석하였으며 전문직 자부심, 공동체 의식, 셀프리더십 및 조직사회화 간의 관계는 피어슨 상관계수로, 조직사회화에 미치는 영향요인은 회귀분석을 통하여 통계 분석하였다. 분석 결과 간호대학생의 전문직 자부심, 공동체 의식, 셀프리더십 및 조직사회화 간의 관계에서 조직사회화는 전문직 자부심(r=.58, p<.001), 공동체 의식(r=.54, p<.001)과 셀프리더십(r=.43, p<.001)에서 모두 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 간호대학생의 조직사회화의 영향요인은 전문직 자부심, 공동체 의식 및 대인관계로 이들 변수의 조직사회화에 대한 설명력은 44.6%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 전문적 자부심, 공동체 의식 및 대인관계를 고려한 조직사회화를 고려한 다양한 프로그램 구성이 필요하며, 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발과 효과 검증을 위한 연구가 필요하다

This is a descriptive research study to identify the factors affecting nursing students' professional pride, community awareness, and self-leadership on organizational socialization. The subjects of this study included 131 students from three nursing departments located in the Daejeon Chungbuk regions, with data collected between May 1 and May 30, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program, employing Pearson correlation coefficients to assess relationships between community, self-leadership, and organizational socialization, while regression analysis identified factors influencing organizational socialization. The results of the analysis showed that in the relationship between professional pride, community consciousness, self-leadership, and organizational socialization of nursing students, organizational socialization showed a positive correlation with professional pride (r=.58, p<.001), community consciousness (r=.54, p<.001), and self-leadership (r=.43, p<.001). In addition, the influencing factors of organizational socialization of nursing students were professional pride, community consciousness, and interpersonal relationships, and the explanatory power of these variables on organizational socialization was 44.6%. The study suggests the need for further research aimed at developing and evaluating programs that enhance organizational socialization, focusing on professional pride, sense of community, and interpersonal relationships.
