미국 태권도 지도자의 여가유능감에 대한 구조모형

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 미국 태권도지도자의 여가유능감에 영향을 미치는 변인을 확인하고 구체적인 경로와 그 영향력을 규명하여 여가유능감에 대한 최적의 모형을 검증하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 미국에서 태권도지도자로 활동하고 있는 지도자 312명을 대상으로 편의표집방법(convenience sampling)을 활용하여 조사대상자를 추출하였다. 연구방법으로는 선행연구를 토대로 연구의 가설적 모형을 구성하였으며 외생변인으로는 여가경험, 참여동기, 자기관리와 내생변인으로는 여가인지, 여가만족, 여가유능감을 포함하였다. 이 이론변인들에 대한 측정변인은 27개 이였으며, 측정도구는 요인분석(factor analysis)과 내적일관성 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)으로 추정하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 SPSS 12.0 for Windows와 LISREL(linear structural relationship; ver. 8.80)을 이용하였으며 가설적 모형의 검증 및 수정 모형의 적합도 검증을 실시하였다. 이렇게 하여 얻어진 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 여가인지는 여가경험, 참여동기, 자기관리 등이 높을수록 여가인지가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로도 유의하였다. 둘째, 여가만족은 여가경험, 참여동기, 자기관리 등이 높을수록 여가만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 유의하였다. 셋째, 여가유능감은 여가경험, 참여동기, 자기관리, 여가인지, 여가만족이 등이 높을수록 여가유능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로도 유의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to find out variables that affect of Taekwondo instructor in the U.S.A and define specific channels and influences to confirm optimal model for Taekwondo instructor in the U.S.A. In order to achieve the goal of this research, I had final sample as survey subject using convenience sampling on Taekwondo instructor in the U.S.A who are participating in martial arts training program in universities located in U.S.A area. The research method was based on precedent researches and formed hypothesis model for this research. Social support and motif to have the training were included as exogenous variables. were included as endogenous variables. Measurement variables for theoretical variables were 27, and cause analysis and reliability rate analysis were conducted as measurement tools. With the resulted data, I conducted analysis using SPSS 12.0 and LISREL(liner structural relationship; ver. 8.80).
