1. The establishment of HBV cohort in multi-center of South Korea
A total of 5 institutions in Korea have established patients registration system. To date, the eCRF system has been established to carry out the multi-insutitutional cohort, and systematic standardized education and regular monitoring are performed to maintain and develop it.
2. The epidemiologic, clinical and therapeutic informations are investigated and biological resource is collected by standardized surveys after securing the participation agreement for prospective studies. With the goal of maintaining of 300 patients for blood sample collection every year, a total of 947 patients and 1,004 blood samples collections were registered until 26 November 2018.
3. The establishments of biological resource in HBV cohort
The protocols for sample collection and collected resource storage are established and biological resource which are collected from each institution are delivered to Seegene.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1. 한국 다기관 HBV 코호트 운영
국내 총 5개 기관에서 원활한 환자 등록 체계를 구축하여 운영하고 있으며, 현재까지 다기관 코호트 수행을 위한 eCRF 시스템을 구축하였고 이를 위한 체계적인 표준화 교육 실시 및 정기적인 모니터링을 통하여 유지, 발전 중임.
2. HBV 코호트 대상자에 대한 참여 동의서 확보 및 전향적 연구를 위한 표준화된 조사서에 의해 역학/임상/치료 정보를 조사하고 생물자원을 수집. 매년 혈액 검체 수집 신규 등록자를 300건 유지를 목표로 하여 금년까지 총 947명의 신규 등록과 1,004명의 혈액 검체 확보인원을 등록하여 총 1,523건의 누적 샘플수를 수집함 (2018년 10월 26일 기준)
3. HBV 코호트 생물자원 확보 체계 운영
검체 채취, 자원 제작, 자원 기탁에 필요한 프로토콜을 구축하여 현재 각 기관에서 채취 후 씨젠으로 배송하여 생물자원을 보관 중으로, 추후 중계 연구를 위하여 사용될 예정임.
