한국에서의 진정성 리더십 연구방향 = The prospective research on authentic leadership in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 리뷰에서는 한국에서의 진성리더십 연구를 정착시키기 위해 수행해야 할 연구과제들을 다루고 있다. 진성리더십의 연구는 2004년 네브라스카 갤럽 연구소의 리더십 컨퍼런스에서 주창되어 미국에서는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있는 반면 한국에서는 아직까지 학술적 논문이 한편도 생산되지 못한 실정이다. 본 리뷰에서는 한국에서의 진성리더십 연구가 진행될 경우 핵심적으로 다뤄야 할 세 가지 연구주제를 제안하고 있다. 첫째는 이론적 모형을 검증할 수 있는 실증 연구이다. 둘째는 사회 일반 엘리트에 적용시켜 이론적 모형의 외적 타당도를 확인할 수 있는 연구이다. 마지막으로 연구에서 효과성이 입증괸 변수를 중심으로 리더십 훈련프로그램화하고 이의 효과성을 검증해보는 연구이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This review proposes three research topics on authentic Leadership. Authentic leadership was initiated by the conferences of Gallup Leadership Institute's in 2004 in the United States. In Korea, however, the research on authentic leadership is so premature that no scholars have produced any academic paper yet. To fill the gap, lhis study suggests throe key studies. The first study is about to examine the theorctical model of authentic leadership in the business leader context in Korea. The second study is to examine the external validity of the first study by testing the model over more general samples sud1 as soda] leaders. The third is to construct the leadership training programs by pulling out the key variables from the validation studies and conduct the intervention evaluation on their training effectiveness.
