본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 제조 기업이 채택하고 있는 전략의 유형, 리더의 심리적 특성, 전략적 인적자원관리 활동간의 상호작용 항을 적용하여 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다중회귀분석을 적용하여 분석하였다. 상황 적합적 분석 방법 중 시스템적 접근법에 의한 적합성이 조직성과에 마치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 세 변수 간 상호작용 항이 조직성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하였다. 연구의 결과 이들 세변수간 상호작용 항이 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 세 변수들의 상호작용 형태는 조직성과의 종류에 따라 달리 나타나고 있다. 이를 통해 실무에서는 성과의 종류에 따라, 높은 성과를 창출하기 위해 다양한 변수들 간의 상황적합관계가 구축 되어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness Among Strategic Types, Mental Characteristics of CEO and Human Resource Management on Organization Performance.
This study is considering the Differentiation Strategy that was developed by porter who argued that to compete effectively, a firm must derive its competitive advantage in one of two ways, product differentiation or low cost production. And the strategy is measured by the level of Strategic business unit.
The fitness of this Study was to examine the interaction Among Strategic Types, Mental Characteristics of CEO and Human Resource Management. A multiple regression model was adopted for testing the interaction effects of the three variables on Organization performance, this interaction is named three-way interaction.
The multiple regression analysis indicate that the fitness Among Strategic Types, Mental Characteristics of CEO and Human Resource Management has an significant influence on Organization performance.
