효과적인 직업윤리의 교과구성 및 교육방법 분석 - 조직 경영윤리를 중심으로 - = Effective Education Curriculum and Teaching Method Analysis for Job Ethics - Based on Organization Management Ethics -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the ways of instructing how to practice job ethics and solve ethical problems in the process of vocational decision-making by workers, and introduce recent international academic achievements so they could be applied to job ethics education in Korea. This paper explores the effective curriculum and education method of job ethics based on organization management ethics.
Methods to strengthen job ethics education in Korea include establishment and administration of job ethics curriculum, cooperation from universities and regional institutions, enthusiastic use of various educational materials and techniques, and improvement and publication of educational texts for job ethics.
Here is a suggestion for an improved curriculum. It emphasizes teaching job ethics through means such as videos, newspaper articles and other media in courses, then using actual case studies and group discussions, and volunteering in the required area. It also suggests ethical behaviors in campus life, effective and fair indoctrination, job ethics game and role playing.
We should develop well-prepared job ethics education programs. However, existing job ethics texts in Korea cannot meet the current demands of job world. Practical ethics education is crucial for ethical decision-making and awareness for every kind of workers. Teaching contents should closely reflect current industry practices.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 경영학과 등 기업관련 학과뿐만 아니라 모든 분야의 전공과 관련된 직업윤리과목을 기업윤리에서 특히 조직 경영윤리를 중심으로 조정 확대하여 교과구성을 해보는 것과 효과적인 직업윤리 교육 학습방법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 우리나라의 사회윤리와 직업윤리 및 기업윤리에 관한 저서들을 망라하여 그 구성내용을 분석해서 가장 적절하고 필요한 내용으로 직업윤리의 교과내용을 구성하고, 효과적으로 윤리 지식뿐만 아니라 윤리적 태도형성 및 사회적 행동화로 인도하는 교육방법을 모색하려는 시도이다.
합리적인 교과구성은 사회 일반윤리와 연계하되 조직 관리윤리를 근간으로 하여 모든 직업의 윤리행위에 공통적인 사항을 체계적으로 설명하는 것이다. 교육방법으로는 많은 실증연구에서 단순 강의가 아니라 다양한 토론방식을 통한 학생들의 적극적 참여와 어떤 방식으로든 실제 직업세계와의 연관을 짓는 학습을 시도하는 것이 효과적이라고 결론 내리고 있다.
