아동의 비행행동에 영향을 미치는 생태체계적 요인들의 다차원 상호작용 = Higher Order Interaction Effects on Childhood Delinquency

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동의 비행행동에 대한 보다 효과적인 개입을 위하여 아동의 비행행동에 대한 생태체계적 요인들의 다차원 상호작용효과를 밝히기 위해 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 위하여 군집표집(Cluster sampling)방법을 이용하여 서울시 3개 교육복지 지역-북부(노원구), 성북(강북구), 강서(강서구)-에 있는 교육복지 대상 11개 초등학교 4~6학년 학생을 전수조사를 하는 방식으로 총 4,626명을 조사하였다. 독립변수들이 아동비행에 어떻게 관련되어 있는지 알아보기 위하여 다차원 상호작용 분석기법인 Signal detection 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 비행행동을 많이 하는 아동과 그렇지 않은 아동을 구분하는데 작용한 변수의 상호작용은 비행또래친구여부×충동성×학업적응이었다. 비행또래친구가 있고, 충동성이 높으며 학업적응을 못하는 아동의 경우 비행 발생률이 가장 높았다. 한편, 아동비행이 가장 적게 나타나는 변수의 상호작용은 비행또래친구여부×학업적응×부모의 양육행동×교사와의 관계이다. 즉, 비행또래친구가 없고, 학업적응이 높으며 부모의 양육행동이 좋고 교사와의 관계가 좋은 아동의 경우에는 비행발생률이 가장 낮았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 아동에 대한 비행행동의 예방 및 완화하기 위하여 단편적인 사회복지서비스의 제공이 아닌 아동 비행행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 통합적으로 관리하는 사례관리적 개입이 요구된다 하겠다.

This study examines the higher order interaction effects among the environment and personality factors on childhood delinquency. A survey was conducted 4,626 children in Seoul. Signal detection analysis was done to examine the higher order interaction of independent variables. We found that high rate of childhood delinquency was related to higher order interaction of environment and personality factors: "delinquent friends"×"impulse"×"adaptation to study", "delinquent friends"×"parenting"×"adaptation to study"×"relationship with teacher". According to our results, we need case management approach involved environment and personality factors to childhood delinquency.
