한국 고등학생의 자기-가치감 수반성 척도 타당화 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to develop the Korean Contingencies of Self-Worth Scale (K-CSWS) and examine its reliability and validity. Also attempt to identify the domains of Contingencies of Self-Worth in Korean high school students. First, The Korean translation of CSWS was developed through content and face validity. Then, Korean Contingencies of Self-Worth Scale (K-CSWS) administered to728 Korean high school students. The item validity of K-CSWS was proved by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The factor analysis results yielded a 25 items Korean Contingencies of Self-Worth Scale (K-CSWS) with six factors. Five factors God`s love, virtue, other`s approval, family love and support, appearance) were almost identical to the original CSWS; however, a new factor (achievement satisfaction) emerged in Korea. The correlated six-factor model provided an acceptably good fit to the data in the full samples, and internal consistency were satisfactory. This results supported the Validity of the Korean Contingencies of Self Worth Scale (K-CSWS). Also, the K-CSWS had correlation with SWLS (The Satisfaction With Life Scale), and ISS (Interalized Shame Scale), which verified the convergent and discriminant validity. Finally, the implication and limitation of this study were discussed.
