The article deals with the pedagogical issue of
creativity in business schools which have been
increasingly required to educate leaders equipped
with creativity. We first review existing
discussion and debate over whether such
education is possible and how it should be.
Various approaches of creativity education are
investigated as candidate methods in business
schools. We then analyze various curriculums that
leading business schools have developed to
enhance students’ creativity. Based on critical
review of theories and current curriculums that
leading business schools adopt, we try to figure
out the potential direction of creativity education
in business schools.
