경인지역 여자 중고생의 혈청 내 철분, 아연, 구리 및 망간 함량 = serum lron, Zinc, Copper and Manganese Concentrations of Middle-, High School Girls in Incheon and Kangwhado

Background This study was done to assess the iron, copper, zinc and manganese status of adolescent girls residing in Inchen andKangwhado.Methods The study sample included 80 girls free from any disease who attended in middle, high school at Inchen andKangwhado. Twenty-seven girls were screend for iron deficiency group and 53 girls were normal group. Anthopometricand hematological data were compared between the normal group and iron deficiency group.Results In iron deficiency group, body weight, body mass index, body fat, triceps, subscapular skinfold thickness and mid-upperarm circumference were significantly higher than those of normal group. Serum zinc was positively correlated with tricepsskinfold thickness in normal group(p〈0.05), whereas negatively correlated with in iron deficiency group(p〈0.05).

국문 초록 (Abstract)

-연구배경 청소년기 여학생은 철분결핍에 노출될 위험이 크다 . 철분결핍에 관련된 위험요인들이 성장기 여학생에게 필수적인 아연 , 구리 및 망간과 같은 미량영양소 영양상태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다 . 방 법 인천광역시와 강화도에 위치한 4개교의 여중고생 80명을 대상으로 세계보건기구 기준에 의해 생화학적 검사를 하여 철분결핍군과 정상군으로 구분하여 , 신체계측과 혈액 내 철분영양상태를 나타내는 지표와 아연 , 구리 및 망간의 함량을 분석하여 두 실험군간 유의한 차이를 검증하였다 . 또한 혈액 내 철분영양상태를 나타내는 지표들과 구리 , 아연, 망간의 농도와 신체계측치간의 상관성을 분석하였다 . 결 과 철분결핍군은 정상군에 비해 체중 , 체질량지수, 체지방함량, 삼두박근과 견갑골 피부두겹두께 및 상완둘레가 유의적으로 높았다. 철분결핍군에서 정상군에 비해 혈청 페리틴과 혈청 철분 함량이 1/2 이하로서, 체내 철분 영양상태가 매우 저조함을 알 수 있었다. 혈청 아연 함량과 삼두박근 피부두겹두께 간의 상관성 분석 결과 정상군에서는 유의적인 양의 상관성이 , 철분결핍군에서는 유의적인 음의 상관성이 관찰되었다 .
