육상지도자의 리더십 유형과 중？고등학교 육상선수의 진로결정효능감의 관계 = The Relationship between the Types of Leadership of Track and Field's Coaches and Career Decision-Making Efficacy of Middle and High School Athletes

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the types of leadership of track and field's coaches and career decision-making efficacy of middle and high school athletes. For accomplishing purpose of this study, 373 athletes who register to Korea Middle and High School Athletics Association are collected by random sampling method. The survey questionnaire were used to collect data. The descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression analysis were the adapted statistical analysis methods to analyze the collected data. Based upon the result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn as follows;
Firstly, there is a significant differences in the relationship between the socio-demographic characteristics of middle and high school athletes and career decision-making efficacy.
Secondly, the types of leadership of field and track's coaches are influence on career making-decision efficacy of athletes. In detail, transactional and transformational leadership of field and track's coaches are influence on career making-decision efficacy of athletes.
