대학 교육에서 신입생의 행복 경험과 인식에 대한 연구 = A Study on the Happiness Experiences and Perceptions of Freshmen in University Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구의 목적은 지속가능한 행복의 관점에서 대학 교육에서 신입생의 행복 경험과 인식에 대해 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구는대학 교육에서 신입생의 행복 경험과 인식을 바탕으로 지속가능한 행복 기반의 대학 교육에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.
방법 본 연구에서는 연구 참여자로 부산 소재 A 대학 신입생 15명을 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 질적 연구 방법인 성찰일지 작성하기를활용하여 대학 교육에서 신입생의 행복 경험과 인식에 대한 자료를 수집하고 지속가능한 행복의 관점에서 수집한 자료를 분석하였다.
결과 첫째, 신입생의 행복에 대한 인식은 개인적 차원에서 살아가기 위한 원동력, 자신이 찾아가는 것, 일상에서 발견할 수 있는것, 사회적 차원에서 다른 사람과의 유대감에 존재하는 것, 다른 사람에 대한 배려에 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신입생의 대학교육에서 행복에 대한 경험은 안정감 있는 생활하기, 학우들과 공부하기, 학과 구성원으로 관계 맺기, 대학생으로 성장하기로 나타났다. 셋째, 신입생의 행복한 대학에 대한 인식은 교육 차원에서 자기 탐색 교육, 관계성 향상 교육, 교육 환경 차원에서 안전한 교육환경, 학우들과 교류를 바탕으로 한 교육 환경, 지역 사회와 연계한 교육 환경을 제공하는 대학으로 나타났다.
결론 첫째, 지속가능한 행복 기반의 대학 교육은 지속가능한 행복의 가치를 중심으로 교육 목적을 설정해야 한다. 둘째, 지속가능한행복 기반의 대학 교육은 지속가능한 행복의 이익 관심, 배려 관심, 사회적 책임의 균형을 바탕으로 교육을 실행해야 한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to study the happiness experiences and perceptions of freshmen in uni versity education from the perspective of sustainable happiness. Based on the happiness experiences and per ceptions of freshmen in university education, this study derived implications for university education based on sustainable happiness.
Methods In this study, 15 first-year university students from University A in Busan were selected as research participants. This study collected data on the happiness experiences and perceptions of freshmen in university education through qualitative research methods such as writing a reflection journal, and analyzed the collected da ta from the perspective of sustainable happiness.
Results First, the perceptions of happiness among freshmen was found to exist in the driving force for living, in what one seeks for and what can be discovered in daily life on a personal level, and in the bond with others and consideration for others on a social level. Second, the experiences of happiness in freshmen's university education was found to exist in living a stable life, studying with classmates, forming relationships as a member of the de partment, and growing as a university student. Third, the perceptions of happy university of freshmen was shown to be self-exploration education, relationship-enhancing education in terms of education, and safe educational environment, educational environment based on interaction with classmates, and educational environment linked to the local community in terms of educational environment.
Conclusions First, university education based on sustainable happiness should set educational goals centered on the value of sustainable happiness. Second, university education based on sustainable happiness should be based on a balance of interest concern, consideration concern, and social responsibility for sustainable happiness.
