안광천의 코뮤니즘, ‘합법적’ 정치운동과 국제주의 연대 = An Gwang-Cheon’s Communism, ‘Legal’ political movement and International solidarity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

안광천은 1920~30년대 동아시아 전역에서 코뮤니스트로 활동한 인물이다. 본고는 안광천의 1924년부터 1926년까지 일본지역에서의 활동을 살펴보고, 그의 사상과 활동이 “합법적 정치운동”과 “국제주의적 코뮤니즘”을 목표하였음을 규명하고자 한다.
안광천은 마르크스･엥겔스의 코뮤니즘을 바탕으로 하면서 의회를 전술적으로 활용하는 ‘합법적’ 정치운동과 무산정당 운동을 지지하였고, 정치운동의 필요성과 민족주의 세력과 제휴, 일본･중국･조선 무산계급의 단결을 주장하였다. 안광천과 일월회는 정치운동을 긍정하면서 북성회-북풍회-신성회와 결별하여 조선 코뮤니스트의 계보에 새로운 위치를 점하였다.
또한 안광천은 레닌･리프크네히트･룩셈부르크를 “국제주의”의 상징으로 계승하면서 각국에 무산정당을 두고 이를 지도하는 ‘동양의 작은 인터내셔널’ 건설과 일제에 대한 공동 대항을 목표하였다. 그는 일본인 코뮤니스트 다카쓰 마사미치와 연대하여 지식인을 중심으로 한 이론 교류 활동 뿐만 아니라 무산계급의 실생활에 도움을 제공하는 기금 사업을 추진하는 활동을 전개하였다.

Ahn Gwang-Cheon is a communist who had actively engaged in movements across East Asia during the 1920s and 1930s. This study focuses on his activities in Japan area from 1924 to 1926, and explores that his primary goals during this period were to pursue a “legal political movement” and “international communism.” Based on the communism of Marx and Engels, Ahn advocated for ‘legal’ political movement of tactically utilizing the parliamentary, and insisted on the necessity of political movement, cooperation with nationalist groups and solidarity between the proletariat in Japan, China, and Joseon area. Ahn Gwang-cheon and the Ilwolhow contributed to building a new genealogy of communist movements in Joseon, as they affirmed political movements and became independent of Bukseonghoe- Bukpunghoe-Shinseonghoe.
Furthermore, Ahn followed the ideas of Lenin, Liebknecht, and Luxemburg in the form of “internationalism”, aiming to construct a “Small International of the East” by forming proletarian parties in each country and joint resistance against Japanese imperialism. In solidarity with Takatsu Masamichi, a Japanese communist, He conducted academic exchanges of theories with intellectuals and launched a funding project to improve and support the proletariat’s living conditions.
