지적재조사업 추진에 따른 지적정리의 법적 과제 = Legal Problems of Cadastral Arrangement by Cadastral Resurvey Project

The special act on cadastral resurvey was legislated on September 16, 2011 and will come into effect on March 17, 2012. This study was to suggest the improving means for cadastral resurvey project by examining U) the concrete methodology concerning readjustment of insignificant land parcels, (ii) the arguable problems and legal issues which variation of land parcel area may occur and (iii) the questions of 3D cadastral registration. In order to achieve this goal, I intended to investigate legal principles of issues by annotating the existing documents and judicial precedents. And then, I described the core of a topic for discussion in details. As the result of study, I proposed that the government should firstly make an allowance for the reason why the cadastral disagreement has happened prior to adopting the specific methodology. And then, it must take the most effective measures available by providing the multilateral solutions which is mixed above alternatives. Furthermore, I urged the need of legal improvement for success of the project.
