생애사 연구의 개념적 모형에 대한 이론적 탐색 = A theoretical exploration of a conceptual model of life history research

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this research, we would like to theoretically explore the conceptual model of life history research in overall way. The concrete procedures are as follows. First, the forms of research problem are divided into four categories, `the description of overall life journey`, `the concrete aspects and causes of individual changes`, `the formation of individual meanings on specific experience`, `the conceptualization of traits of specific organization or personality`. Second, life history interview acts as a main research method, and participation observation and document analysis act as subsidiary research method. Moreover, developing a interview guide would be necessary for effective life history interview. Third, the frames of data analysis are divided into six categories, including `to analyze chronologically`, `to analyze based on modes of human relations`, `configurations of interaction`, `to analyze based on place and affiliated groups`, `to analyze based on personal sense of values and vision`, `to analyze based on changing life attitudes`, and `to analyze based on social/historical context`. Fourth, there are manifold writing methods in life history research including `to write chronologically`, `to write based on critical event of anecdote`, `to write utilizing visual images`, `to write through emotional appealing languages`, `to write utilizing the tables`. These overall outline on life history research can be beneficial to especially life history novice as a guidance to research.
