산소요법 적용 미숙아 어머니에 대한 재가 돌봄 퇴원프로그램 효과 = Effects of a Home-based Discharge Program for Mothers of Premature Infants on Oxygen Therapy at Home

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산소요법을 적용하는 미숙아 어머니를 대상으로재가 돌봄 퇴원프로그램을 개발하고 적용함으로써 미숙아 어머니가 지각하는 불안과 모성자신감에 미치는 효과를 규명함으로써, 실효성 있는 간호중재 프로그램을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 개발된 재가 돌봄 퇴원프로그램이미숙아 어머니의 불안을 감소시키고 모성자신감 향상에 효과적인 간호중재프로그램임을 확인하였다. 따라서 미숙아 부모를 대상으로 본 프로그램을 활용한다면 미숙아 재가 간호에 질적 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구는 퇴원 시 산소요법 적용 미숙아 어머니를 대상으로 한정하여 중재 효과를 확인하였으므로 일반적인 미숙아 부모로 더 넓은 범위의 대상자에게 중재효과를 확인하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 본 연구의 결과를토대로 퇴원 후 1일에 가정간호를 통해 미숙아 어머니의 가정에서의 초기적응을 돕는 재가 돌봄 지지프로그램 개발에 대한연구를 제언한다.
